An impeccable application in thirty days. Patient follow-through to your B permit.
A signature package of the Firm for tech entrepreneurs after company exit, professional athletes in international mobility, and heirs in family transmission. Four weeks of intensive preparation to file a complete dossier. Patient follow-through to the cantonal ruling and the B permit — indicative instruction times of two to four months depending on the chosen canton.
Three profiles, one shared lens.
Eligibility for the forfait fiscal (LIFD art. 14) requires the absence of any gainful activity in Switzerland. The package addresses individuals who meet this criterion through their wealth, their performance career, or their inheritance.
The tech entrepreneur after exit
Recent company sale (12 — 24 months). Exit proceeds €10 M and above, no remaining operational role, project of full-time wealth management. Profile fully eligible for the forfait fiscal.
The professional athlete in mobility
Rugby players, tennis players, footballers, alpine or nordic skiers under international contracts. Income from off-Swiss performances, image and derivative rights. Competition exercised outside Switzerland is the sine qua non.
The international heir
Beneficiary of a significant succession or gift, with no professional activity exercised in Switzerland. Coordination with French (art. 750 ter CGI), German or Anglo-Saxon counsel depending on the jurisdictions involved.
Five cantons selected, four decision criteria.
The federal floor for the forfait is set at CHF 415,000 (LIFD art. 14, para. 3, c). Cantons adjust upwards — rarely downwards on the cantonal share. Communal tax climate and quality of life weigh as much as arithmetic.

Figures are indicative and may evolve. A personalised comparison is delivered in week 1, based on your profile and wealth.
Four weeks for the dossier, two to four months for delivery.
Our timing commitment covers what we control: preparing and defending the application. Cantonal instruction by the administration, B permit issuance by the State Secretariat for Migration, bank account opening within KYC standards — these timelines we monitor but cannot compress.
Eligibility & canton
Eligibility interview for the forfait fiscal, profile cross-referenced with cantonal and federal case law (LIFD art. 14, Tribunal fédéral rulings). Reasoned canton choice. Signed engagement letter.
Dossier preparation
Gathering of supporting documents (income, wealth, tax history), costed tax projection, certificate of no gainful activity in Switzerland, cover letter. Form W-8BEN memo if US person.
Filing & first dialogue
Formal filing with the cantonal administration, first dialogue with the relevant department, parallel launch of the B permit application. Identification of ruling negotiation points.
Defence & pre-arrival
Written defence of the dossier, assessment-base adjustments if requested, finalisation of pre-arrival logistics (lease preparation, banking KYC dossier). Written debrief : « dossier in instruction ».
Once the dossier is filed, we remain your single point of contact for six months. Cantonal instruction, final ruling negotiation, B permit issuance by the canton and federal validation (State Secretariat for Migration), enrolment in mandatory health insurance (LAMal), coordination with bank and notary. Instruction times vary materially across cantons: Valais and Fribourg generally process faster than Geneva or Vaud. A written progress note is delivered every fortnight until closure.
Three profiles, three closed flat fees.
The fee depends on file complexity, never on hours spent. It covers full preparation and six months of post-filing follow-through.
Options: children school accompaniment (search, application, admission interviews) +CHF 8'000 net. Post-installation wealth accompaniment: see signature service French-Swiss Structuring. Excluded: cantonal fees, notary fees for a formal ruling, sworn translation of foreign documents. Written fee agreement systematically (art. 10 LLCA / art. 10 RIN).
Three things the Firm is not.
Transparency on the Firm's perimeter is worth more than a vague promise. Here is what is explicitly outside the engagement.
- We are not real-estate agents. We refer to trusted partners — independent brokers and notarial offices — based on the chosen canton.
- We are not school advisors. But we know which international schools fit which profile, and we support enrolment proceedings through the dedicated CHF 5,000 net option.
- We do not handle post-departure French tax compliance. This falls under the complementary signature service French-Swiss Structuring — exit tax, gifts, abuse of law, cross-border optimisation.
Thirty free minutes, no commitment.
In Geneva or by video. Absolute confidentiality, mutual NDA on request. After the meeting, we tell you whether your situation makes the forfait fiscal realistic and whether the installation package is the right format for you.
